Rahleek Malphurs’ Brother
Waka Flocka Flame started his music career in 2008, but he had his breakthrough the following year with his single O Let’s Do It. The song peaked among the top songs on US Billboard Hot 100. Rahleek’s brother had a close relationship with rapper Gucci Mane, and they always supported each other’s music careers. They also have an album together, the Ferrari Boyz; his other albums are Flockaveli and Triple F Life: Friends, Fans, and Family.
Rahleek Malphurs’ brother has repeatedly found himself on the wrong side of the law. Police raided his house in 2011, and he presented himself after being booked for possessing a firearm, marijuana, and hydrocodone. He was also booked for driving on a suspended license; Flocka was released on bail.
Waka Flocka was arrested at Hartsfield- Jackson Atlanta International Airport after a security scan noted a loaded gun in his bag. There have also been controversial issues, one being that Rahleek’s brother dropped out of 1017 Brick Squad Records, with his relationship with Gucci Mane being the main issue.
Rahleek had been forbidden by his mother not to leave the house. But one day, when he was home, his mother was away, and he was in the care of his older brother Waka Flocka who was close buddies with Gucci Mane. Instead of ensuring Rahleek was at home, Flocka let him go out to teach his classmates.
Rahleek Malphurs was riding a bike home when he was hit by a neighbor’s car. He died on the spot; when his mother returned home, Flocka went on his knees to apologise for letting his brother out of the house and later ended up dead.
Rahleek’s death was a painful loss to Debra Antney, but time is a healer of everything. In 2020 she posted a picture of her son on Instagram, wishing him a happy heavenly birthday.
