Swati Roysircar battled pancreatic cancer for eight months, and she went through several treatments to try to cure the condition but to no avail. She succumbed to pancreatic cancer on January 30, 2012. She was greatly loved by her daughter Mindy since they had a close relationship; Mindy was greatly affected by the death of her mother, Swati Roysircar.
